You'll be aware by now of the revamped business club concept, the Inspire Business Circle, which is a collaborative effort between Cullimore Dutton, Little Blackbird and ourselves as hosts.

The first "proper" session was held at the club last Wednesday with former England international Luther Burrell as the guest/keynote speaker.

Luther spent 18 years at the top of professional rugby, his career highlights include representing England 15 times in front of packed stadiums as well as winning the Aviva Premiership with Northampton Saints.

Today, he turns that elite performance experience into practical tools for leaders and teams.

Since retiring from the game Luther has set up the "12 Foundation", the aim of which is to assist underprivileged kids take up sport, particularly rugby.

Chester RUFC have enrolled as an Ambassador with the 12 Foundation and as such will be:

• Involved in Inspiring 12,000 under 18’s with skills, confidence and ambition
• Delivering visible and relatable role models young people can connect with
• Opening doors to opportunity by showing what’s possible through hard work & resilience
• Amplifying positive stories in schools, communities and online
• Building a movement of change that encourages the next generation to dream bigger and aim higher
