Empowering the Next Generation of Female Players

At Chester RUFC, our Girls Pathway for U16–U18s is designed to develop confident, skilled, and empowered young women both on and off the pitch. We provide a structured environment where players can learn the game, improve their technique, and grow within a supportive team culture.

Our coaching team focuses on individual development, team cohesion, and fostering a lifelong love for the sport. Whether you’re aiming to play socially or aspire to reach the elite level, we provide the tools, support, and opportunities to help you thrive.

Many of our players go on to join the senior Devas squad, university teams, or regional development programs. We’re proud to help shape the future of women’s rugby.
