Starting next Thursday (2nd May, 6 - 6.45pm) Laura Jones, who owns Fitness Fusion, will be running a Men Only Pilates class at the Squash Courts. The class will show you stretches, movements and techniques that will help you move more freely and reduce the chances of getting injured. Through many years of experience teaching Pilates, Laura knows what stretches work and what movements to do to help improve posture and relieve yourself of your aches and pains.
