We are looking for enthusiastic coaches who can plan, deliver and review high quality training sessions, creating a positive environment in which talented female players can learn and develop.

This is an exciting time to join Chester RUFC and lead the development of our Girls’ pathway for players aged between 14 and 18 years old.

Girls Pathway Lead Coach
We are looking for a Girls’ Pathway Lead Coach, who will oversee the planning and delivery of sessions and ensure the pathway runs in line with the agreed aims of Chester RUFC..

Girls Pathway Assistant Coaches (Forwards and Backs)
We are looking for three Girls’ Pathway Assistant Coaches, who will assist with the delivery of sessions and ensure the pathway runs in line with the agreed aims of Chester RUFC. We are looking for one forwards coach, and two back coaches.

Remuneration: To be discussed at interview stage
Location: Chester RUFC, Hare Lane, Chester CH3 7DB
Duration: Thursday evenings and Sunday matches throughout the 24/25 season
