The draws occur monthly. We draw one first prize of £50 and one second prize of £25 and at the end of the season, there will be a draw with one first prize of £250 and one second prize of £150.

Winners will be notified directly and will be announced on the club website.

If you would like to be in with a chance of winning, all you have to do is fill in the joining form and pay £40.

Terms and Conditions

Chester RUFC - 100 Club Rules
1: The name of the draw is the Chester RUFC 100 Club ("the Lottery") regardless of the number of shares.
2: The purpose of the Lottery is to raise funds for the sole benefit of Chester RUFC ("the Club").
3: The Lottery will be administered by a Promoter appointed by the Management Committee of the Club.
4: The Lottery shall run continuously from 1st September 2016 until 30th April 2017 and the first draw shall be 30th September 2016.
5: The Lottery will be open to anybody aged 16 or over. A purchaser of a share becomes a participant in the lottery. Participants are entitled to hold any number of shares.
6: The number of shares in the Lottery shall be limited to a maximum of 200 and each share shall be allocated a unique number. Membership tickets will be issued. Participants may confirm the number of their allocated share(s) by contacting the Promoter.
7: The subscription for each share is £5 per month payable annually in advance by Standing Order or cheque (made payable to Chester RUFC).
8. Numbers will be allocated in sequence when applications are received. No preference for a particular number will be granted.
9. To be entered into the annual draw, all participants must have made 6 months’ contributions. Any new member who has been a member for a shorter time may take part but will need to pay £5 per month for the number of months by which contributions are short.
10: There shall be a draw made each month using the automatic random number generator on www.random.org
or by other such means as the Promoter deems appropriate. All participants are entitled to attend the draws, which must be held in the presence of at least 2 members of the Club Management Committee on such occasions and times as the Promoter shall deem appropriate. Monthly prize winning numbers will be drawn in the following order: 1st prize and then 2nd prize, followed by the Annual Draw, which will be drawn in the same order, when due.
11: Winners will be paid by cheque, which will be sent to the last known address held by the promoter. It is the responsibility of the participant to advise the Promoter of any change of address. Any prize cheque not cashed within 6 months will be deemed a donation to the Club. A list of prize winning numbers will be published on the Club website.
12: The Promoter will not pay a prize to any Participant other than the purchaser of a winning share.
13: Under no circumstances can subscriptions be refunded.
14: The Lottery is intended to be a Small Society Lottery under the provisions of the Gambling Act 2005 Section 19.
15: Chester Rugby Football Club may amend or vary the rules of the lottery at any time. The rules of the Lottery will be available via the Club website. Changes will be notified to Participants via the Club website.
