We seem to have had a spate of unauthorised usage of the AGP since the season ended, which has resulted in receipt of the email below from our RFU Area Ops Manager.

As a result can you please ensure you/your children/their friends do NOT use the AGP under any circumstances unless a formal booking and payment have been made.

There isn't any grey area here - the AGP is owned by the RFU and they make the rules - simply being a member of the club does not take precedence over these rules and does not entitle anyone to use the facility on an ad hoc, casual basis.

By all means use the Cabbage Patch or pitches 2&3, but can we please all keep to the AGP rules - the club absolutely cannot risk causing ongoing issues with the RFU over this matter.

Can you remind your members that all sessions on the AGP must be booked and paid for using our booking system. Book AGP . All users of the pitch must wear the correct footwear (studded boots) so please ensure all attending the sessions are adhering to the footwear policy.
